Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients: mashed potatoes, ground beef, sweet corn, optional frozen peas and carrots, Mexican-blend shredded cheese. Method: Prepare mashed potatoes and cook ground beef first. Layer in a baking pan from bottom to top: 1. Mashed potatoes. 2. Cooked ground beef. 3. Sweet corn and optional frozen peas and carrots. 4. Mexican-blend shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and a little crusty.
